ResponsibilitiesI.
JOB SUMMARY/
Responsibilities:
o Manages the daily operations and directs the administration, management, coordination and integration of programs, regarding patient care activities and services for the areas assigned.
o Ensures functions, services, programs, and activities support short and long-range strategic plans and meet the goals and objectives of The Queen's Medical Center (QMC) and The Queen's Health Systems (QHS).
o Ensures operations and functions are in compliance with regulatory requirements and policies and procedures of QMC and QHS.
o Develops, coordinates, implements, and assesses for effectiveness, programs and projects to promote, enhance, and expand services provided for areas assigned.

MINIMUM
Qualifications:
A.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing Healthcare Management or related field.
o Master's degree in Business, Nursing, Healthcare Management or related field preferred.
o Current Hawaii State license as a Registered Nurse highly desirable.
B.
Experience:
o Minimum two (2) years supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting, medical office or clinic environment.
o Experience to demonstrate the following:
o Solid knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) and/or other information systems functionality including access and maintenance of the system controls.
o Strong leadership, facilitation and project management skills.
o Skill in dealing with multi-disciplinary teams and an appreciation in working effectively with competing priorities.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
